Bluetooth dongle, password etc.

Hello all, i bought a bluetooth dongle for my mobile phone and laptop approx. a month ago. I set it all up no problem at the time. Now i have gone back to use it again i cannot remember my password or find the manual it came with. I entered the password i think it ought to be as that is my normal password for most things, but it doesn't accept it. What can i do about it? Does anyone know how many digits the password should be and does it have to be a mix of numbers and letters? This may jog my memory a bit!!??


The make of Dongle is 'THERMALTAKE' BT009X and my phone is a Samsung D500. Thanks!!

If you still have the installation disc for the dongle you could uninstall it then reinstall it, then delete the entry on your phone and start again.

I know it sounds silly but alot of them codes are 0000 have you tried that..............
