how do i get the skate.2 demo for xbox 360 without xbox live?

I want to know whether there is anywhere I can get the EA skate.2 demo for the xbox 360 APART from xbox live marketplace, I don't currently have live. I checked official xbox magazine website, for some reason its not on the demo.
Where can I get it??

Nowhere, if you don't have Live and it's on not the Official 360 mag disc then you're out of luck.
