Can anyone help with24D Being upset smack an insect(4) Gnat seems obvious but Snit (s+nit) is an american word for a fit of pique. Any help appreciated

"smack" = TANG, reversed (upset) = GNAT

Thank you dr b sometimes the more obvious is always the right one ..appreciate your prompt reply
Being upset = Am and Can for fit of temper, smack= s and nit = insect. Hence SNIT.
