a) what ages are the children?
b) how many?
c) surely they should just eat what they're given?!
I'm assuming that the children you are dealing with are nursery / pre-school age.

Would the questions cover things like have they washed their hands? Have they put away whatever they were playing with? Have they left anything sticky / dirty / wet laying about?

Or is it about trying to make snack time an 'educational' experience; things like, who's got yellow fruit? What shape is your apple? Who has the most grapes?

Hope that helps; good luck with the assessment!
