Problems after Antivirus 2009 hit computer
Just had 'Antivirus 2009' virus removed from my computer, however my AVG antivurus software would no longer work. I therefore uninstalled it and tried again. Still not working so I replaced it with Mcaffee. The only problem now is that the internet is very very slow to load and most pageswill not open.. I would prefer to go back to AVG
Q1- What is the problem with AVG and how can i successfully reinstall it
Q2 Why am i having problems opening my web pages ( could Mcaffee be causing problems)
Also I have O2 broadband, but when I switch used to my partner she is denied access to the internet . Message appears "Access denied by access control list". How do I rectify this? (ps she is able to get into her e mails)

it seems to me that antivirus 2009 wasn't completely removed from your computer. you see it is able to limit internet access and it is able to block security tools. and you say you have these problems. please use antivirus 2009 removal just to be sure that the infection is gone.
mcafee is able to cause some problems if it's not configured correctly. use official mcafee forum if antivirus2009 removal doesn't work.
