this tune was popular in the early 80's it was a floor filler in the clubs. i dont know the title, the lyrics, or the artist.

it kicks off with a thumping tubular bells type intro, then goes into a realy basey electro funk slow groove with a male robotic voice to it. its sort of what you would expect of art of noise, thomas dolby,or talking heads, but i havn't a clue who it is, all i know is that its been driving me nuts.
