How do I control the heating around the house as I have no Thermostat. All I have are the Knobs at the side of the radiator

dnt you just turn the knobs so that the radiators reach the desired temperature?

Are these knobs thermostatic radiator valves? - or just plain on/off knobs?

on the boiler there should be a control stat for the heating system. Not as good as external one but should give a little control. trial and error will be needed.
