my wife has an astra gsi redtop mk3 the stearing wheel shakes bad between 60to70 ive changed the wish bones trackrod ends and had tracking done is there any thing ive missed or is there any thing else i can do to find the problem

Try getting the front wheels re-balanced. you might have a warped rim or tyre

swap wheels front to back , at least that would determine one way or the other if its a tyre/balance problem.
