Has anyone seen the Barefoot Contessa cookery programme on UKTV Food, I stumbled on it the other day. She is great, really good recipes, a bit like an american Nigella !

Got one of her cook books on Amazon before christmas but when I read it I was disappointed. Too many American ingredients and she has never heard of metric. Plus she is not for the calorie conscious!!!!! Stick to Nigella and Rachel Allen, who are my kitchen gurus.
