How to open a private nursery school

Although I am at least two years away from achieving my goal of gaining a degree in Early Years Education, my long term plan is to open and establish a reputable and reliable Private Nursery/Pre School.

Where can I get advice (in Scotland) regarding all the legalities etc surrounding such an ambition.

contact your local social services/ childcare office and ask for copies of all the standards you will need to adhere to for inspection purpose.

Your government site will give you the policies legislation to download

Talk to a local pre school about how they worked and contacts they may have
