Never heard that one but "Don't Boggart that joint my friend" refers to the way Boggart let cigarettes burn away while he spoke.

I guess today his monika would have been "H Bog". Not pretty.

Hi Beso, I have discovered that a 'Boggart' is an evil sprite, or ghost, and is related to a place called 'Boggart Hole Clough' here in the North West of England. Unfortunately nothing to do with Humphrey Bogart, but thank you very much for your answer.
