a very small number of downloaded win media player files fail to open i have tried without success to open them with real player and quick time- is there anything capable of opening them or should i just delete them?

Are they wma files or what? Winamp could do the trick. It opens most types of file.

Windows Media files are sometimes protected - so only the Windows media player 9 or above will play them
