Has anyone out there had any experience, good or bad with this company. I'm looking for not too expensive insurance for 3 dogs, one who is over 11 now, and the quotes from this company seem quite good.

AFI and Healthy Pets are very competitive, and I have heard some good reports of both companies.

Try Healthy Pets as well before you decide, top link on attached.

ok, I'll have a look - thanks
I used to be with AFI but wouldnt ever use or recommend them again! I recommened them to my SIL who started using them and had no problems until it came to claiming in March for their poorly St Bernard!
The vets said that she wouldnt be able to claim as they don't deal with any E & L insurance companies.
They had to in the end, afterall my SIL was stood in reception with a sick St Bernard, 2 week old baby and facing a 1,800 bill, and didnt give them much choice!

We have both stopped using them since, but I have since heard they have changed from E & L to another company, but I'm not sure who!
Animal Friends are an excellent company. They have nothing to do with that E&L anymore. I trust them completely.

They now handle their own claims and are underwritten by Hollard Risk Partners. Hollard has varied insurance interests worldwide but has been providing insurance protection to pets and pet owners for more than 17 years and is the largest and most experienced pet insurer in both Australia and South Africa to date.
