Does anyone know what happened to the guy from last night's fight on ITV2?  It said at the end in loving memory of him - could he just not hack losing and topped himself?  Or possibly a shooting (he is in America afterall!)?  Couldn't have been natural causes and the intrigue is killing me!!  Help someone please?

Najai actually committed suicide by shooting himself infront of his girlfriend.  he did this in Feb 05.  its awful isnt it.  they have set up a fund for his daughter who was the love of his life.  Apparantly 2 days before he entered the contender he was mugged at knifepoint and was at a low, he then got the letter from the reality programme saying that he was accepted so he saw this as a sign from god.  when he failed i guess he took it badly.

i was in shock watching it at the end.  Sly stallone said that he owed it to najai to show the programme with him in it and not edit it .

Oh my God that IS terrible.  He was so good too.  He could have really been something.  And his daughter was the cutest.  That is such a shame.

I read that he commited suicide on feb 14th, he seemed really nice bloke, very down to earth and a huge heart. I guess there boxing careers meens so much to these guys. how do u know he shot hiself?
