At what age did you stop getting a christmas stocking

I stopped getting a stocking when I was about 16, my boyfriend is 31 (still lives at home) and he confessed this morning that his mum and dad still do him a stocking...I thought it was hilarious! Do you still get a stocking???

I get one done by my children. All useful things like pen, notebook, toothbrush, flannel, tissues, sweets, chocs etc etc etc. Each item individually wrapped and takes ages to go through. Its just a tradition like everything else in our house on Christmas Day. Always the same. If anyone dropped in after a few years away they would not see any difference. I wouldn't have it any other way, the main thing having my family with me.

I do a stocking for my 2 lads and my daughter in law even though only one of them is still at home. It's a tradition and I love shopping for all the silly little things to put in them
