Personally I always used leave in conditioner, and combing through with a nit comb.
i have found it to be best
i find a nit comb works as good as anything
nice and clear is great 7.99 use 3 times a week shampoo and whilst hair is wet apply leave in nice and clear conditioner come through, dont rinse out and allow hair to dry repeat 2-3 times weekly for two weeks and they will go its the best thing i have found to work on my daughter
sorry i ment to say comb through not come through lol
When in the bath put shampoo on the hair and soak the scalp for 1min (the lice drown). Nits will remain attached on hair.

If you shampoo likewise regularly the hatched nits will also drown. Shampooing stops the lice jumping off the head during process.

terambulan that is rubbish advise you definatley cannot drown nits and lice simply leaving shampoo on the head for one minuete , if this was the case everyone would be doing it and save a fortune in potions and laborious combing

i used hedrin - 12 squid a go, but worth every penny!
nit removing lotions- apparently some of the lotion gets absorbed through the scalp and if used alot has an effect on the kidneys. this is what i was told by someone i know who works in a lab. its much better to use natural remedies such as tea tree, lemon etc there is a herbal wash available which is brilliant but cant remember what its called you can gat it in herbal shops. if you'v got boys best way is to shave their hair. always do all the family or you'll never get rid of them........bring back the nit nurse in school please
