I changed from internet explorer to mozilla firefox but when i click on links on peoples questions on here i cant go back onto chatterbank, a msg comes up to either close or delete and then i loose the chatterbank page when ive deleted the link

... why does that happen ?

I'm using firefox.....seems a lot faster that IE. Haven't tried many other sites yet though.

I use firefox for youtube without problems - I've been using it for years.

Go to Tools - options.

Click on 'tabs' and make sure the 'new pages should be opened in A NEW TAB' is checked.

This means you will have Answerbank on one tab, and the link in another tab
