Mr O has found an old school newsletter from the 1970's called Quid Non.
Does anyone know what this means?

Hi Rosetta.

Yes, on appeal she was awarded Incapacity Benefit. She also applied for Disability Living Allowance and was initially refused, but on appeal she won that too.
It's been an uphill struggle all the way but perseverance ha paid off!

I'm glad to hear that. She always had a good case so why they have to make things so difficult I do not understand. Anyway, perseverence paid off in the end thankfully
