Hi, Just wondering the exact name of the colour you would ask a hairdresser for if you wanted really light, sunkissed blonde hair? I want to get rid of the warm/golden tones that ar ein my hair as I want a much cooler shade. Still, I don't want it to turn out peroxide-white either. Any advice?

haha! I am a bit of a bimbo alrigth! Golden ash?
Would that not be quite a warm colour too?
If anyone knows katie in Emmerdale...I basically my want hair colour like hers!
The colorist will show you a chart of colors achievable with the products she uses. Choose from the chart. Platinum is highest blonde shade.
You must also remember that the colour achieved might not be exactly the same as on any colour chart as a lot depends on your base/starting colour. Also if your hair is already cloured/lightened it may not be in the right condition for a full head bleach.
beach blonde ?
I would have said baby blonde or light ash blonde, both are cool colours.
You will need an ASH blonde, (which contains some blue,) and this will get rid of any yellowness, stops the brassy look :-)
