....out there manage to catch a glimpse of the full moon last night. I couldn't because of the clouds but apparently its the closest its been to the Earth for 15 years. It would have looked massive.

No - it was raining hard here so completely clouded over. Typical - it would have been lovely to see it.

Yes, I did here in Ibiza and it was like bright daylight, but have to say that the moon did not appear to be any bigger.
