Yeah thats hat I thought ^^ -one unit should pass through you within an hour but it depends on what you have have had betweeen 8.30 and 10.

As a rule of thumb I dont drive at all if I have had a steady drink up to and after 12 -i just walk or take a bus -couldnt bear to be without my license but crucially couldnt live with myself causing or being involved in an accident due to drinking the night before.I allow myself 12hrs before I drive again.

If in doubt -dont.

This is why I won't be going to work for the 7a, Boxing day opening!!!! I drink quite steadily from around 11am on Christmas day, and so unless I stop at 6pm Christmas Night, I'll be unable to drive to work at 6am!!! I'm only going in for 12 midday now.
