Wordsworth's Cottage Sold
Radio Carlisle  has reported that Wordsworth's Dove Cottage had been sold to an American and was being shipped to Arizona brick by brick. They were also in negotiations to buy the restored globe theatre in london!!for �330 million.They hope to have them both up and running in disneyland in time for the tourist season.Do you think this is right!!PS. inplace of the globe they have promised to replace it with a massive mcDonalds,Seems fair!!

Sorry, In a Pickle, but the NT doesn't own Wordsworth's Cottage, but they do own the Wordsworth House in Cockermouth, the poet's birthplace and childhood home
