There is a piece of "classical" music in the background for the "penguin fishing" sequence of this clip at around the 6 minute mark. It sounds like an Agnus Dei from something. Can anyone identify it please.

Bit of a long shot but it sounds to me very much like Escape by Craig Armstrong from the Plunkett and MacLeane film soundtrack.
