I have two buy to let mortgages, both redemption penalties have now expired, and i am now looking to reduce my repayments, is it possible to consolidate both buy to let mortgages into one?
If so, has anyone got any recommendations of where to look, thanks

If they are on the same property, maybe. If not, no way.
I doubt there will be anyway at all they will combine the two, both properites are separate legal identities so thats a no no, I have an umber of B T L mortgages and it really depends on income versus capital amount etc. The best one I ever had was through Nat West and was a capital repayment mortgage, i made no money on the rents but the tenant paid my mortgage for me and then when I sold I took the profit, easiest money I ever made.
