how to change a headlight bulb on a vw polo

I have replaced the bulb but it shines in the sky, i have lost the rubber cap to , can i get one from the maindealer.

sounds like the bulbs not seated in properly...

the bulb will only fit in one way everything seems tight, not loose

there cant be any other reason, there are no option on the bulbs, unless you dislodged the headlamp itself
