I have no idea, but did a search in google for "Kenya National Parks" and got quite a few hits.

Seems there are National Parks, and also Game Reserves, some palces are even National Parks AND Game reserves.

Not sure if your list should include game reserves or not.

Very hard to get an exact number, but this site says it lists them all, but it does not come to any of your numbers.

This list is from the Kenya Tourist Board and it lists parks and reserves.

(click the arrows to go to the next page, note the bottom park on one page becomes the top park on the next page so dont count them twice).
