Is it possible to make biltong without any special machinery? Or does anybody know where to buy a biltong machine? (Preferably on a UK website).

Or if that's too much machinery, cut your antelope into strips and  soak in a bucket of brine, then peg out on your tent in the hot sun for a day or two!
