Can somebody please help me with this? I am a pianist and composer and am trying to buy a digital recording studio, that basically will allow me to connect up my digital piano directly, and just play off of that, as well as recording my vocals and drum beats etc.

I have been looking around and have no idea what is good for this. I have used the Boss 1200 before which I quite liked. Can anybody recommend something/a site/a shop to go to?

Basically it has to be able to record my voice, as well as piano, and also spit a CD out at the end that I can use (sorry, as you can see I'm not very high tech!)

Any help would be really appreciated.

I suppose I should mention a budget. If I could get something decent for under 1,000 that would be terrific.

Thanks a lot.

I use a PC with a multi input soundcard VW.............it might be possible to use a standard sound card and record using the mic input for the vocal, and the line-in or MIDI for the keys
have a look on www.soundslive.co.uk there good
