3d Urge greens on child (it??) - must be 'itch' but where do 'greens' come in?

Still can't understand word play -
11d, 'scot - a' back I see, but atocs? - what sort of smelly creature is an atoc?.
And 3d, the 'it' in itch - greens?
Explanation would be much appreciated.

Just found it in Chambers.
Hi. I think the reference to greens come from the slang use of the word greens for sexual intercourse and the similar use of the word it. As in - did you get your greens today or did you get it today. All that according to my Chambers.
