Apparently some is from the "Elektra" score ("Insomnia" composed by Chris Beck) and the operatic bit at the end is "Lucius Dei" by Immediate Music who do trailer music and tend not to release their stuff to CD. (They provided the music for the "Spiderman 2" trailer).

Having seen the trailer, I'm even more convinced that author Michael Marshall Smith should sue Dreamworks. His novel "Spares" has a fair bit in common with "The Island" and used to be under option at Dreamworks...
