Another word for "hopefully"?

I'm looking for another word that means the same thing as the word hopefully, because that word annoys me. I would like to be able to use the word in daily speak from now on instead of the word hopefully. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can't think of a single word that you could replace hopefully with.

Think it would have to be something like 'with a bit of luck'

Not so much one word as in two or three syllables, I suppose. Just for when saying things like
"Hopefully it'll all go to plan"
"I'll only be in the doctors for five minutes, hopefully"
stuff like that.
I'm starting to think it ain't happening. Can anyone explain "sanguinely", does that fit?

you can't use sanguinely I'm afraid - it sounds funny

In my crossword solver some of the words to mean hopefully are

anticipate, aspirate, desire, dream, expectency, gleam, promising, rosy, sanguine, trust, wish.

Will any of these do?

With any luck is a good one. I use that instead of hopefully although not all the time!

Yes I suppose that would fit generally. I must go to the shop now to get spuds for the dinner, with any luck, they'll be nice and fresh. Yes, that sound alright. With any luck I'll be able to rid myself of using the word hopefully from now on. Good, sorted, hopefully. Ah darn it.
