Can anyone give me any clues on how to use the search facility effectively? I simply cannot find anything I'm looking for, although I absolutely know the item is there somewhere.

The search facility on thos site rarely works. It couldn't even find a question on this page when I hunted for it. You are better off using Google. Put your quote in the exact search and answerbank on the top line and it will generally come up with something.
