i really do feel that if the punishment was more severe these awful crimes may not occur.
lets be fair, what happens they go to prison are well treated and protected, what sign does that give out.

That baby was examined by doctors who failed to see the spine was broken.

Why aren't you demanding the doctors be sacked too?
