I too do two meats !!

Firstly I have the turkey and I cannot make up my mind for the second.

Last year I had roast pork, so this year I may go with the beef!
Plenty of ideas for more adventurous tastes on this site -

Does give you the problem of what to do with all that leftover Zebra on Boxing Day though!
there was someone on telly over the weekend cooking pigs cheeks..in a type of stew that looked nice.. and cheap too..
We all cook too much come on!!!
we always have lots of people here and loads too much food, usually 3 sorts of meat, but this year we are having a quiet one just our kids and we are having beans on toast! Hubby says its silly spending most of my time in the kitchen, everyone pigging out out on chocs, nuts etc and not enjoying their meal cos their not hungry. Also last year our son had a bad hangover and couldnt eat anything anyway.
Usually a good joint of roast beef, cooked to perfection by my wonderful bloke, yorkshire pud cooked under the meat so that the beef fat drips into it. Roast tatties, carrotts, courgettes and parsnips - we don't like sprouts so we don't waste our money on them.

This year, however, we're off to my son's for dinner, so I don't know what we've got. My daughter-in-law's a pretty good cook, though, so I'm looking forward to it.
saxy you can get roast beef every day of the week its not that special anymore
