I have tiny worms around my bathtub where the wall meets the tub. They come out when I clean under the lip of the wall. Could this be from dampness and how do I get rid of them? How did they get there?

They're not worms, they're maggots. Bleach gets rid of them, but you need to sort the rot out
probably silver fish and not maggots. Damp will be the problem. You need to sort that out to get rid of them.
