Since our little glitch a willie ago on here things seemed to have speeded up to more faster than even normall?

Or am I just imagine it?

Yes , I came back from the kitchen and walked into the corner of the table . It hurt and has left me with a big bruise , which because I'm on blood thinners , is getting bigger by the minute :-(

OUCH !!! should you put arnica on it? (if the skin isnt broken) or something cold?

lol and ive got a heat pack on my neck
pulled a muscle at the weekend and am still in agony from my shoulder blade right up my neck

off to bed in a mo cos its so sore
