I'm having a party at weekend and I'm going to dust off the old fondue thing and do a chocolate one. Any suggestions welcome about what to dip in it apart from strawberires, pineapple and marshmellows... please...

if you could be bothered you could make mini profiteroles with only the cream filling to dip in
ammaretti biscuits, and - seriously - silverskin pickled onions. i made one for a 'do' at work once and we ran out of fruit and cakes so someone dipped a pickle and it really was delicious, sort of a sweet-sour thing.
tiny macaroons, mango, chunks of fresh coconut

thanks guys. some great ideas... might give the chillis a miss tho.....
get some m&s yumyums and cut into chunks. They are like twisted donuts wth sugar icing. Really fab with fondues. After all you dont want to overload on fruit do you??
crystalized ginger
These all sound fab. I used my machine ONCE & packed it away in disgust! Was told you could add carnation milk to the choc instead of cooking oil. As that sounded more appetising, we carried on but it thickened the chocolate & ruined it....what a hoot! SO WHAT'S THE BEST CHOC TO USE & what keeps it flowing?
