I want to copy and paste various things into Microsoft works,Do i after i highlight and click copy. paste it into works and come back again for to do another segment of text. I have got clipboard viewer in my start menu but don't know how to use this

Your clipboard for copy and paste only hold one piece of data at a time, so is constantly overwriting itself.

Assuming it is text, open your Works document and paste into that, then copy more and paste that, and so on.

Thank You That is what i was doing but i thought there was an easier way
the office clipboard viewer "stores" saves so you can use them again.

can't remember how many - or if works has the option.

office does - I've never used it
