I have bought 2 Thierry Mugler Angel EDP both as testers, but one was definately a lot stronger and long lasting than the other. I always thought that it was the case that a tester was stronger so it would attract people to buy, but sources tell me |they are the same strenth... who/what is correct

the same and angel is one spot on scent!
They surely have to be the same, otherwise you wouldn't be buying what you expected. I quite like Angel perfume, but it doesn't stay on me. Pity.
Funny...to me it often seems that the sample you try lasts longer.......maybe just because it is 'new' to your nose,so you are sensitive to it.
They are exactly the same but sometimes packaged differently. I get my perfume cheap as it has been packaged as a tester, it comes without a cap and in a different coloured box
Apparently they are 15-20% stronger than the ones you buy...very naughty way to get you to buy huh
