Can anyone recommend an MP3 player for jogging.  I'm unsure about whether to get one for an armband  and what type of headphones are most secure and comfortable when running.  Planning to spend up to 100.  Any thoughts?

iPod Shuffle if you want simple, nice and easy - its small, you can hang it on your neck or get an armband for it, and its only 69. If you wanted something a bit more serious/fun, however, I would recommend getting the iPod Mini - it is a bit over your budget (139 for the 4G one) - but its versatile, it has many functions other than just an MP3 player and is just generally very good :) I got an armband for mine and now go to the gym an even happier bunny than I was before :)

Thanks Lotus - seriously attracted to the shuffle (so cute!) but after a serious trawl of websites I've gone for this -http://www.sporttek.co.uk/Fl_200_Mini_MP3_player.html - its so small and shiny!!
A Great option for running is the wire-free and waterproof mp3 player at http://www.mi-sport.net
A very convenient piece of kit.
