I'd love to learn to dance like on Strictly, it looks so fun. They do beginner classes near me and my friend said she'd be interested in coming too but I'm not very confident what if I get there and am too scared to join in or look really crap and can't do it.

How do you know until you get there and give it a go?
If it's a beginners class you will all be in the same boat.
It sounds as if it will be great fun and you'll have a laugh as well as learning a new skill.

Get yourself there pronto!

Hi karm!
you know, I wish I could transport you forward a few years! I was like you years ago. I just wish I'd given so many more things a try when I was younger! I would now of course! Please do it! For mwah ??? xxx
Go for it ... give it a try ..nothing
ventured !! You have a friend who
will go ,so it will a laugh and you could
be a natural dancer .
Just go for it.
No-one cares if you're crap anyway, and you shouldn't - the whole point of these things really are having fun - and getting a bit fitter is a bonus.

Go shimmy.
Try bellydancing if you can't bring yourself to go to ballroom.

Sachs how old are you now if u dont mind me asking? I am scared to do this dancing but I really want to and I don't want to miss out just because I'm not confident. I have missed out on going to clubs cus I never had the confidence to get up and dance. Do things change a lot then, confidence wise, do you get much more confident and sure of yourself, cus I'm 21 now and I thought I would be by now or does it usually take longer? I know everyones different
