From cutting from a donor plant.

Just think, all the seedless grapes in the world all come from the same original group of plants.

Many seedless fruits are infertile hybrids of fruits with seeds. Cross watermelon A with watermelon B and their baby will not make seeds.

This is just like asking where do mules come from -- their mothers are horses and their fathers are donkeys (or the other way round i forget), and the mules are sterile.
those seedless mules.............can't get enough of them, yum
you can also ripen fruit while its still growing with ethene gas, which can be done before the seeds have had chance to develop.
