i need some inspiration. i dont want lasagne, bolognaise or chilli, but i love rich strong flavours (ie. i dont want to taste the beef!). as a last resort i have a jar of pataks madras paste, but i fancy having a bit of a cooking sesh, and pataks paste is cheating. anyone got any ideas for me. no need to post a recipe (if you cant be bothered), ideas will be fine, i can google the actual recipe.

Really good if you like spicey...and there are a number of other recipes on that site......you could also do.tortillas,meatballs,meatloaf-with a spicey twist or Kheema-which is an Indian lamb mince curry....but worth trying with any other mince.

I love sweet potato!!!...Great choice!
A Greek Moussaka is a good mix of mince, aubergines (makes economic sense), eggs, milk, cheese, olive oil, onion, garlic, toms, parsley, white wine, nutmeg, bay leaf, sliced potato, breadcrumbs & cream.
