Two left. Can anyone help please:

I have ?I?P?N?? and think it could be DISPENSE, but can't see the connection with the clue.

30a: One posing no problem to a cricketer (6).
I have S?E?E? and know absolutely nothing about cricket, so I'm totally lost with this one.

Thanks to both of you for your help. I had HUNG UP for 28a instead of HARD UP. That threw everything out of place. All done now.
