Impositions.  Her name was Miss Betsy Trottwood.  When Mr Murdstone's solicitor arrives to fetch the boy, Copperfield, back to the Murdstone household, she tells him she will not tolerate impositions in her own home and sends him packing.
Donkeys, she is always sending her maid, Janet, out to chase away people riding donkeys on the green outside her house.
interesting... I could not remember about the donkeys in the book.

David Copperfield himself?

 Isn't this the grand aunt who wanted her brothers wife to have a baby girl, then when she found it was a boy, never spoke to her sister-in-law again?

It has been  a while since high school!
