First of all Rachael, welcome to Wales. (I`m between Cardiff and Swansea)

Let`s understand this. you`ve been together 4 years and just moved from Newcastle. Is he Welsh? Was he living in Newcastle and just moved back? And he`s working with an agency? doing temporary work? And now he`s talking about moving to Canada?

It seems like a lot of moving within a short time. I can see how you might be torn since you love him to bits. How old are you? How old is he? Have you seen the Canada offer on a piece of paper or some other way?

Sorry about the questions but we`d like to see a clearer picture.

BF has been offered a job in Canada....lucky man. Dont miss out on the opportunity to see more of the world. You'll soon make friends there and find work. Its a whole new experience for both of you.

Flights back home for visits are not impossible prices and they will get cheaper as this crunch clears. Live for today and go for the adventure...you can be sure your family will soon want to visit you in Canada.
That is SO exciting rachael88.

What a fab opportunity.

thank you for your comments , to aunswer some q i am twenty one comeing up and he is twenty three , he found it online and they accepted him , i lived in newcastle while he was liveing in wales he used to be in the army he left over a year ago xxxxxxx
Rachael; being accepted on line for a job in a foreign country sounds a little 'iffy' to me. Could you tell us what kind of job, and the location in Canada?
Rachael, so although you have known him for nearly 4 years you haven`t seen too much of him. He`s either been living in Wales or in the army. He may be a lovely bloke but he has not shown much staying power.

I would seriously advise caution. You are both young and, whether you want to believe it or not, the likelihood of the two of you staying together forever is very little.

No matter what you may hear, this is still a pretty good country to live in.

You have a family in Newcastle and I`m sure you have already made friends in Wales. Why not let your boyfriend go to Canada (if the job transpires) and let him work there for a period, say, 6 months.

Then the situation will be much clearer. If he is in a stable job and you both still want to be together then you can decide to go and join him.

You`re still young, lovely girl, and you should think before you leap.
