Rancid faeces in my mouth

I cant seem to get rid of the taste of the excrement in my mouth. Can anybody recomend something please? Oh I feel so low.

If this is a real problem I suggest a visit to the doctor ,you may have one you can call today ,the problem is caused by a split in the wall of the Bowel ,if left it can cause serious problems ,if this is a joke your about as funny as a broken neck ! If true you must get it sorted ,wash your mouth out with mouth wash and gargle with it vevery couple of hours .
