Did anyone ever have one of these, are they good, and do they still sell them??

The clock would send out a different bird call on the hour.

hehe, me too puddicat...the mental image of that tarzan clock keps coming back to haunt me.
when I said something about my tat to my son the other day he said 'oh have you had a tattoo? how cool' :o)

My friend got one sent to her as a free gift from a mail order catalogue. She gave it to me for my birthday as a joke!! I had never heard of half of the birds on it - I think it was made in China!!. It did make me laugh though.

Needless to say it was put in the bin!

Typing very quietly ..... shhhh .... we have one. Actually got quite used to it .... bit like some people who live on flight paths and close to power pylons who apparently are unaware of the noise. There is a sensor built in to ours so the feathered inhabitants only sing during the daytime. It must also have been made for the US market because all the birds (including Northern Cardinal and Black Capped Chickadee to name but two) are from those parts. hth and please remember this is told to you in strictest confidence.
