snagged, I got slapped across the legs for calling my little brother a tw@t when I was about 7 because I thought it meant the same as twit. Years later my mum confessed that she did the same when she was a child (in the 60s). seems a common mistake to the innocents!
Cracking joke doc ! nearly ****** choked on my toast . : )
natalie_1982... it is all my fault :-( ... I use the word a fair bit and mum must have picked up on it... the looks she got from her guests was priceless...

Heard a joke recently regarding two brothers aged 10 and 6. The 10 year old said to his brother that he thought it was time they started to swear. The younger one asked what he meant and was told to watch what his brother did and copy him. They went down to breakfast and their mother asked them what they wanted, The 10 year old said he wanted f*cking Cornflakes and his mother slapped him around the ear so hard it turned red. She then asked the younger brother what he wanted and the child looked at his older brother's ear, gulped and said, ''Well I don't want f*cking cornflakes that's for sure!!''
