When a student carrying out an apprentiship with a training company and an employer has a sick note for stress,
1) Is the training company allowed to contact the student to discuss their work progress or is this against their rights to privacy whilst off sick.
2) Whilst off sick Is it legal for the training company to enforce the completion of work review documents. This procedure is to be carried out by their assessor and conducted in the students own home.
3) Could the student be relaesed from the course if he fails to agree to the any of the above.

If they just left you alone and the dates for your reviews and tests etc came and went you would automaticly fail. Therefore it is in your best interest to cooperate as much as you can.

If you are under that much stress are you sure you are in the right job/training sheme?
